Iceland-Prague-Greece

During the past three days I have been making my way to Crete

to attend a 28 day intense yoga teacher training program.

First I had to fly to Prague and then to Heraklion six hours later.

I decided to spend one day in the city centre before arriving at the retreat.

I did´t have much expectations of Heraklion before I arrived

but I can tell you that it´s quite different than all of the photos I have seen from Greece.

It´s quite messy and the houses are quite destroyed.

But I thought it was fun to see the culture their.

After spending a day just strolling around I found a pretty nice hotel and spent the night their.

The morning after I decided just to walk to the retreat, It took two hours and it was really hot….

But I am hear now and it´s so beautiful!!!

It´s a lot nicer than what I expected… the house is super nice (and very clean, they even started vacuuming when everyone was asleep…)

We have a really nice pool and the food is SO GOOD I can’t even.

When I arrived they served me tee, two dates and one fig, which I thought was pretty funny..

Everyone arrived yesterday and to my surprise we are a group of seven girls and the oldest one is 26.

I don´t know why but I thought I was for sure going to be in a group of older really spiritual people just doing their thing

We only had one yoga class yesterday but it was really good!!

At the moment most of the girls are still asleep but we have a class in 20 minutes so Im exited..

It´s just so peaceful here, they have a incense burning and Im just loving the vibe of this place.

okei, that´s enough..

Im going to get ready for my yoga class and next up tea time….;)

Hraðteikning…

My work

Speed drawing

I have always wanted to paint a big painting strait on a wall

and since I’m about to remove this wall I thought it would be fun to paint something first..

This is what I came up with… it took under 15 minutes and I kind of like it in a odd way

I don´t know.. It was fun!

Brunch and vegan pancakes

lifestyle

Brunch with friends

Here are some pictures from a brunch me and my friends put together

Almost everything is vegan

I was the only one vegan their, but it just comes to show

how easy it is to prepare vegan food

I made the pancakes, they are really easy and don´t take a lot of time

They are so easy i often make them every day

(which is perhaps not ideal but what ever, haha)

Here is the recipe, if you want to try them out…

2 cups flour (you can use gluten free)

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 vegan eggs (you could probably use banana or apple sauce to)

2 cups plans based milk

I just combine everything together and cook them on a pan with a little bit of coconut oil:)

If im making pancakes just for me I like to make one big one….

Then I just use 1/4 of the ingredient list above:))

A weekend in London

A weekend in London

I just came home from a long weekend in London

It was so great!!

I went with my family and we did and saw a lot of things

I have been quite often to London, I actually lived in England for about 6 years

but I have never been to London as a tourist

So for this trip we wanted to do tourist stuff and see all of the attractions

We went on a trip up London eye, took a bus tour guide,

went to the Madame tussaud museum, saw Wicked at the theatre and of course

we had to do a little bit of shopping

Here are some photos that I took, hope you like them

Fishy picture

My work

Fishy picture

I have been really into drawing fish recently

Fish just have this really peaceful vibe about them and I love it

The way their body moves so smoothly in the water, the colours and texture

and basically everything about them is so eye capturing

I wanted to express some of their features in this picture by creating an abstract pattern

I hope you like this post
